Communications Training Institute (CTI) delivers specialized training for emergency dispatchers serving police, fire, and EMS departments — professionals who are the critical first link in public safety response.

The logo was designed to reflect the unity and distinctiveness of these three essential services. It features a stylized trio of symbols: a blue police badge, a red Maltese Cross representing fire services, and a yellow EMS star of life with the Rod of Asclepius — each integrated to represent CTI’s comprehensive, cross-disciplinary approach to dispatcher training. The result is a bold, cohesive mark that communicates clarity, readiness, and trust.
